Anchor Street was founded by Megan Faunce in 2018 in order to help non-profit organizations achieve their missions and visions while being just and strong.

Megan has an M.B.A. as well as a B.S. in Education and over 15 years experience working with non-profits.  She has managed projects to reform and close juvenile prisons in Louisiana, led efforts to reunite incarcerated youth with their families post-Katrina, and co-founded the first stand alone juvenile public defender office in the United States. 

 

Megan's direct advocacy work is accompanied by her experience managing programs and operations for social justice organizations.  

  She gained her experience from the ground up and believes that social justice organizations can be effective and efficient while remaining true to their members, communities, mission and vision.
